Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days via USPS. Transit time once handed off to the shipping carrier usually takes between 2 to 5 business days.

This is an average and unfortunately no guarantees can be made as to actual delivery date.

We do ship worldwide - however, at this time we unfortunately cannot offer shipping to Germany and select other countries. We are working to reinstate this option in the future - thank you so much for your patience and understanding 🙏

Sure thing! As long as the first order hasn't shipped yet, simply reply to either order confirmation email with your request and please include both order numbers so we can combine the orders.

Any shipping overages will be refunded to you.

Gift wrapping is available at $4 per order and can be selected at checkout - more details on our wrapping add-on can be found here. All orders marked as a gift include an optional gift message plus a price-free packing list.

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet and it's not a custom item, please reply to your order confirmation email with your cancellation request.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns at this time - but we're hoping to change this very soon, stay tuned!

Actual colors may vary from the photos shown. I do my best to represent all products as true-to-life as possible, but individual monitors and phones have different capabilities and settings that can cause the color on the screen to differ from the actual photograph. Colors can also appear different in various lighting conditions (e.g. sunlight vs indoor lighting).

Not to worry! I've typed them up here for you to reference whenever you need it:

HOW TO USE
• for HEAT therapy: warm in microwave on a clean plate for 30 seconds or in 10-second intervals (do not overheat - always test temperature on skin first)
• for COLD therapy: place in the provided ziplock bag and chill in freezer for up to 1 hour

HOW TO CLEAN
• pillowcase: gently hand or machine wash; tumble dry low or hang to dry
• inner pillow: gentle spot cleaning onlyStore in the provided ziplock bag away from light, heat, and humidity when not in use.

Over time, the lavender scent will wear off - don't worry, this is natural and to be expected!

When you notice the aroma has faded, simply apply 1-2 drops of your favorite lavender essential oil directly onto the inner pillow itself to give it a refresh 💜

Don't despair, you and your pouch can both relax with the help of a simple hair dryer! About ten seconds of heat (use short bursts at first to make sure you don't overdo it) should help smooth any wrinkles or creases right out. If you don't have a blow dryer handy, try a radiator or the sun! (For the love of all that is holy DO NOT microwave 😭) If you have further questions, or need more advice, please don't hesitate to reach out!
