Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 days via USPS. Transit time once handed off to the shipping carrier usually takes between 2 to 5 business days.

This is an average and no unfortunately no guarantees can be made that there will be no delays during travel.

Sure thing! As long as the first order hasn't shipped yet, simply reply to either order confirmation email with your request and please include both order numbers so we can combine the orders.

Any shipping overages will be refunded to you.

Gift wrapping is available at $4 per order (not per item!) and can be selected at checkout - more details on our eco-friendly black kraft wrapping add-on can be found here. All orders marked as gift include an optional gift message and a packing list with no price details.

By default, all jewelry comes thoughtfully packaged in a padded black box, ready for gift-giving (or treating yourself!).

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet and it's not a custom item, please reply to your order confirmation email with your cancellation request.

Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns at this time - but not to worry, a quick and easy returns process is currently being set up - stay tuned!

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style of equal or lesser value, simply reply to your order confirmation email and I will be happy to assist you! Please note you will be responsible for any new shipping costs and you will be invoiced via email prior to shipping.

Actual colors may vary from the photos shown. I do my best to represent all products as true-to-life as possible, but individual monitors and phones have different capabilities and settings that can cause the color on the screen to differ from the actual photograph. Colors can also appear different in various lighting condition (e.g. sunlight vs fluorescent light).

Not to worry! I've typed them up here for you to reference whenever you need it:

• for HEAT therapy: warm in microwave on a clean plate for 30 seconds or in 10-second intervals (do not overheat - always test temperature on skin first)
• for COLD therapy: place in the provided ziplock bag and chill in freezer for up to 1 hour

• pillowcase: gently hand or machine wash; tumble dry low or hang to dry
• inner pillow: gentle spot cleaning onlyStore in the provided ziplock bag away from light, heat, and humidity when not in use.

Over time, the lavender scent will wear off - don't worry, this is natural and to be expected!

When you notice the aroma has faded, simply apply 1-2 drops of your favorite lavender essential oil directly onto the inner pillow itself to give it a refresh 💜
