Perfect for restorative yoga, savasana, meditation, rest + relaxation, yoga nidra, aromatherapy, anxiety relief, and general de-stressing! Can be used as hot or cold therapy (instructions for use included on product label with every order).

FEATURES
• pillow is made from 100% cotton and is double-seamed for added durability and security
• filled with a mix of real dried lavender buds from France and organic long grain white rice - unlike flax, white rice does not have a strong smell and it will not go rancid (brown rice will eventually), it also has a good weight which allows it to contour the face well
• pillowcase is made from a coordinating 100% cotton batik (Indonesian technique of dyeing fabric) and is fully washable
• all fabric is pre-washed on the hottest setting for shrinkage

(instructions also included on product label)

for HEAT therapy: warm in microwave on a clean plate or paper towel for 30 seconds, or in 10-second intervals (do not overheat - always test temperature on skin first)

for COLD therapy: place in provided ziplock bag and chill in freezer for up to 1 hour

Also known as lavandula officinalis, lavender comes from lamiaceae, the mint family of plants. These small buds originate from the flowers that bloom from late spring to early autumn in France. Lavender is commonly used for relaxation and peace of mind and the dried buds maintain their full aroma!


ORGANIC LONG GRAIN

WHITE RICE

Uncooked rice gives these pillows a good weight, allowing it to comfortably contour the face. Unlike commonly used flax, rice does not have a strong smell - and because we use white rice, it will not go rancid (brown rice will after only six months).
